Jairo Arcila is a third-generation coffee grower from the heart of Quindío, Colombia. With over 40 years of experience as a Mill Manager at Colombia's second-largest exporter, Jairo brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every batch of coffee. He retired in 2019 to focus on his family's coffee farms, which he runs with his wife, Luz Helena Salazar, and their two sons, Carlos and Felipe Arcila, co-founders of Cofinet—the green coffee trader from whom we source this exceptional coffee.
