We chose this coffee from Carlos Martínez, a dedicated coffee grower who, tired of the armed conflict near the Ecuador border, entered the world of specialty coffee with his family. On his farm, they grow varieties like Caturra, Pink Bourbon, Colombia, and Catimor, employing diverse fermentation methods to achieve excellence.
